Jim Kimberly
Jim Kimberly is president and founder of Sapphire Consulting after spending more than two decades in senior leadership positions in the human services, employee assistance and behavioral healthcare fields. He began consulting with businesses and industries in 1990, and has worked with a wide variety of organizations including healthcare, higher education, police departments, utilities, publishers, manufacturers, financial services and high technology firms. Jim has extensive management experience in leadership, sales, business development and operations.
With an MSW (University of Buffalo), BA Sociology/Anthropology (Ripon College) and advanced certification in emotional intelligence and coaching, Jim is a skilled speaker, trainer and facilitator offering a high-energy focus to sensitive human resource related topics. He holds memberships in the Association for Corporate Growth, Organizational Development Network, Society of Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Leadership Forum.
Jim is also an active member of The Heart of Coaching Consortium, a national consultant's forum committed to the building of coaching cultures within organizations.

Bette Rose
Bette Rose is a business consultant with a diverse background including 20 years of private and public sector human resource management experience. She has worked with a variety of large and small employers in New England encompassing automotive, banking, construction, education, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, transportation, and a variety of service industries.
Bette develops and writes policies and procedures specific to her client’s environment and organization culture. Supervisory development programs are tailored to meet the experience levels of participants as well as the business objectives and mission of the organization.
Bette reviews HR management skills requirements in an organization and will coach or provide support in hiring at the appropriate professional level. Prior to consulting, Bette's work experience demonstrates the multiple career management process that has become a necessity in the new millennium. She has, in fact, had several very different careers starting with psychiatric nursing. Bette has been a broadcast news journalist, NH Legislature and US Senate staffer, Chamber of Commerce executive and spent nine years as manager of human resources for Sprague Electric Company.
Bette is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Manchester and Seacoast Area Human Resources Associations, the American Society for Training and Development and the Greater Nashua and Portsmouth Chambers of Commerce.

Dean Brown
Dean Brown provides a unique combination of technical experience, business acumen and organizational development skills to the issues of today’s leaders. Dean’s professional experience includes university, retail, media and technology settings in private and public companies.
Dean’s most recent corporate leadership was Vice President IT Staff Development at Clear Channel Communications, where he was instrumental in creating a transformational leadership development program. Dean can relate to leaders who are small private business owners, as well as leaders within a multi-national Fortune 500 publicly traded company.
Dean has an MBA from the University of Texas San Antonio, with post-graduate studies at Fielding Graduate University.

Ellen R. Benjamin, Ph.D.
Dr. Ellen R. Benjamin is a consulting psychologist with over 20 years of human resource consulting experience assisting clients in the public and private sectors with the effective alignment of their business objectives and human resource practices. Dr. Benjamin invested most of her career in consulting and management positions with such firms as The Hay Group, Mercer, and Towers Watson where she focused her practice on both the design of compensation programs, and on the assessment of management talent and prospective candidates for key client roles. She is sought after as an international speaker on the subjects of competency modeling, incentive pay design, and pay equity.
With a doctorate from the University of Minnesota, Dr. Benjamin has assisted clients across the nation and the globe with designing and implementing equitable job evaluation and compensation programs for all levels of the company from hourly to executive positions. Her background as a psychologist provides a unique perspective of the behavior-rewards linkage, and she has used that special insight in the analyses of her clients’ current practices and their desired culture.
