Coaching Skills for Managers

This is an intense one-day “Boot Camp” style-coaching workshop. We challenge the traditional notion of one-way communication (the “boss” mentality) and transform this into a dynamic coaching communication that demands two-way interaction. We utilize the Transformational Coaching Model, as highlighted in the 2006 book  “The Heart of Coaching” by Tom Crane.

This transformational coaching model addresses helping individuals build a coaching culture by fostering feedback rich environments.  As such, managers, supervisors, directors and all senior level employees will benefit from attending. This is a great skill building training with a hands-on focus, using experiential learning and workbook activities. All participants receive a copy of “The Heart of Coaching” along with its workbook.

Training dates are listed below. We train at the Nashua Country Club in Nashua, NH. Directions to the Country Club can be found at Google Maps. Dress

Our working environment is business casual. Regardless of the season, we recommend that you bring along a sweater or jacket as facility conditions and individual comfort levels can vary.

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you must cancel training after registration is complete (payment of fee signifies registration), Sapphire Consulting will refund the registration fee less $300 for EQI, less $100 for EQ360, less 1/3 of the price for other workshops for administrative/processing fees, if notification is received at least 30 days in advance of the workshop. Remaining credit be applied for another program, but no refund will be made if notification is received within 30 days of the workshop. If we cancel the workshop we will do so 30 days before the session and allow full refund or credit to the next program. You are responsible for food, travel and lodging expenses and arrangements. We will not reimburse for change fees due to any cancellations by either party.
