Five Behaviors of a Cohesive TeamThe Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team ™ was developed by Wiley in partnership with Patrick Lencioni, the author of the New York Times Best-Seller, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ is a team-building program that involves an online personal assessment and team survey to be taken by each member of a team, followed by a series of classroom sessions focused on five areas of competence:

  • Trust
  • Conflict
  • Commitment
  • Accountability
  • Results

These areas of competence are looked at in conjunction with either a DiSC or All Types profile, yielding a rich description of the team’s motivations and capacities. Each team member receives a customized report that helps them navigate to becoming a stronger team member.
