Team Coaching requires planning the right intervention given the team’s stage of development. We can help you identify key team components that need strengthening. We like Lencioni’s model of team development outlined in his book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. This team development model is brought to teams through the new leadership training program called The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Comprehensive assessments are followed by interactive team sessions that can address where the team needs development. These reports can also provide individual feedback on personal behavioral styles utilizing Everything DiSC or All Type assessments.
